Great value for money
Bought two of these as they looked like the cheapest bulbs that were still good.
First impressions were not great, taking the bulbs out of the box revealed that the white plastic housing at the base of the bulb was already starting to discolour with a yellowish hue, and there was visible dirt around the joins where the separate parts of the bulb connect together. I was actually a little concerned about putting the bulb into the socket.
We were replacing an old energy-saving style bulb that took 5 seconds to turn on and 5 minutes to reach a usable brightness and this is a great replacement the bulb is incredibly bright and no more waiting for the brightness to get to an effective level. it comes on instantly and is perfectly bright for a reasonable size room.
Overall we are very happy with the product although I hope to never go to the factory where these are made.
