Close to being great, but build quality and design lets it down
The Case Buddy iPhone 11 Case is a very protective phone case but it prioritises protection over usability, The biggest issue we have with it is the width of the front screen included in the case, using a normal glass screen protector underneath it results in the phone screen becoming completely unresponsive. Using just the integrated protector still makes the screen noticeably less usable, you need to push harder than normal on the screen to register a touch, particularly around the edges of the screen.

I got this case for my partner who is always dropping and damaging her phones, this case looked like a good option to provide complete protection in a relatively slim and sleek package. Installing the case on the phone was nice and easy, it even came with a cleaning kit which meant I could clean the phone first to make it not look dirty under the clear parts of the case.
The case fits well on the phone and the green accent colours go well with the light-green back of the phone. The first sign of problems though was upon powering the phone on after putting the case on wee found the screen completely unresponsive and we found this was because we had a normal tempered glass screen protector on under the case, I did not consider that this would be an issue. But then even without the screen protector on the case left the screen hard to use and typing particularly is very hard as it misses presses.
Unfortunately, the unresponsive screen issue leaves the case completely unusable. Also, my partner found that the cut out for the lightning port had a rough edge and she rests that part on her finger to support the phone and that gave quite a bit of discomfort.
