Really good knife helping people become better cooks

When the knife arrived my first impression was not great, the carrot character I thought my was a bit cringy, but powering through, I’m glad I got this. It might sound strange but I really recommend watching the video linked to in the packaging, it shows how to use the knife and how you should be holding knives, I’m not sure if other people all hold it the way they suggest, but I was not.
The knife is moulded to encourage you to hold the knife correctly, I found this a bit uncomfortable at first but after a while, it felt quite natural. I think it might depend a little on the size of your hands, I have quite small hands I think if they were bigger it might have been more comfortable.
The knife is pretty sharp and cuts well, I have included a video of my chopping some vegetables, this was my first time using the knife and you can see I’m finding it a little awkward to hold it with the correct grip.
